You should practice “Give Myself credit” and be your own cheerleaders. “Give Myself Credit” encourages you to rejoice and admit the fact that you’ve tried. It is easy to focus on negative things rather than seeing the positive side of yourself. Especially when life is disorganized, it’s easy to overlook to recognize what you’ve performed. Don’t find the opportunity to criticize yourself. Expressing emotions openly is not a sign of weakness, nor is taking time to heal. Try not to compare and focus on your own journey. Some people find it easy to communicate their pain— but many do not. If you feel uncomfortable talking about what happened, consider writing the story down as a first step toward releasing your emotions. You need a positive mindset to motivate yourself. Give yourself a pat on the back for having worked. GIVE YOURSELF THE CREDIT YOU DESERVE.
